It is a 15m. high dove-cote tower, recently restored, and set over 5 floors. It has got 3 bedrooms, 3
bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 livingroom with dining corner and a panoramic patio outside kitchen with table
and chairs. It is situated at the edge of our chestnut wood and offers a magnificent view of the mountains
of the Apennines.

This location represents the perfect base to enjoy your holiday in Italy. The house is very comfortable and
offers a breathtaking view over the valleys and mountains of the Apennines. The villages of Montombraro
and Zocca, with restaurants, shops, swimming pools and tennis courts are at walking distance. We
organize cookery courses for enthusiastic amateurs, gourmets and anyone who appreciates food, wine and
cooking.

Torre is a stone tower with three-bedrooms. It is on five levels. Built into the hillside, there are two ground
floors. On the lower level there is a small, fully equipped kitchen with a door to a small patio area. Stairs
lead up to a living/dining room with a fireplace and a door to the garden area with a table and chairs for
dining al fresco. Steep stone steps lead up to the bedrooms.Second floor bedroom has got a queen bed
(two twins made together), third floor bedroom hahas two single beds and fourth floor bedroom has got a
queen bed.
All bedrooms have private bathrooms with shower.

How to reach I Fontanini coming BY CAR from Milan

Exit the motorway A1 Milano-Bologna at Bologna Borgo Panigale, take the SS 9 direction Modena. Go past
Lavino di Mezzo and Anzola dell'Emilia. When you get to Ponte Samoggia, turn left and follow the road until
you cross the SS 569 ; you follow it for 50 meters and turn left , going towards Monteveglio and Zocca.
You drive through Monteveglio, Castelletto and Ciano. When you arrive in Montombraro, after the gas
station and before coming into the village you find, on your right, via Lamizze. Follow it for about 500 m.
When you see a wooden sign saying "FONTANINI' on your right, take the small road on the left (n.473), go
past the first group of houses, continue straight ahead on the unpaved descending road that ends at the
houses, called Fontanini di Sotto, via Lamizze 473/c. For reaching TORRE you have to turn left at the small
crossroad just before arriving in Fontanini's main court.

How to reach i Fontanini coming BY CAR from Modena

Exit the motorway A1 Milano-Bologna at Modena Sud and take the SS 623 on your left, in the direction of
Zocca. Go past Spilamberto and Vignola along the river Panaro (on your left), pass Marano and when you
reach Ponte Samone, turn left over the bridge. The road now goes up for about 11 km passing through
Samone, continuing towards Zocca/Monteombraro. When you reach a crossroads just before Zocca, turn
left to Montombraro and continue for 3.5 km. Drive through Montombraro and take the second road on
your left, via Lamizze, before the gas station. Follow it for about 500 m. When you see a wooden sign
