On the southeast coast of Crete, between Mirtos and Mithi and five minutes from
the beach, you will find our holiday villa “Ston Efdomo Ourano” (“In Seventh
Heaven”). This house with its modern furnishings, has three bedrooms suitable
for accommodating 6 (up to 8) people, a fully equipped kitchen with all mod
cons, and a beautiful swimming pool (35 m2) and lots of privacy. This is the
beginning of a carefree holiday and unlimited enjoyment!

This brand new holiday villa is set in a grove of olive trees, of which as many
as possible have been preserved. Together with three others, the house is
situated on a large plot of more than 7000 m2. As Ston Efdomo Ourano occupies
the highest spot at 200 metres, you are assured of complete privacy.

The views from the terraces that encircle the villa are breathtaking – the
Mediterranean Sea to the south, to the east the river-bed which runs down to
the sea, a hill covered in olive trees to the west, and finally the Sarkina
gorge to the north!

Ston Efdomo Ourano has a large, light living-room with two sofas, an open
fireplace, a flat-screen TV with satellite receiver, and a DVD and CD
installation. There is wireless Internet in the house!!The bookcase contains
CDs and DVDs, as well as books.
The large, modern kitchen is fitted with all the equipment you may need, from
an oven and combination microwave to a citrus press and dishwasher. There is a
large dining table in the centre, where you can all sit down to eat or gather
round for glass of lovely cold Retsina!

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor with two beds each and plenty of
cupboard space. Between the bedrooms, there is a bathroom containing a sink,
toilet, bath, shower and a washing machine.
A staircase in the living-room leads to the first floor and the third bedroom.
This bedroom also has two beds and French windows opening onto the large roof
terrace.

There are several terraces surrounding the house where you can relax in the
sunshine or in the shade. The living-room’s French windows lead onto the
largest terrace. Next to the olive tree you will find a big stone BBQ, a pizza
oven, and a large dining table with 6 chairs. You can also chill out on a
comfortable seat on the side terrace under the shade of the veranda and look
out to sea.

The large swimming pool (35 m2) is surrounded by 4 comfortable wooden reclining
seats and a large parasol. There is also a large veranda on the first floor,
where you can enjoy the sunset in the evenings!

There are 4 mountain bikes at your disposal with which you can discover the
surrounding countryside.
