Phil and Jude welcome you to their B&B on the borders of Normandy and the
Sarthe. This 18th century Normandy farmhouse is by a lake, with a tree-lined
garden and views over the forest of Perseigne and the countryside.

3 double rooms with en-suite facilities, including one room with twin beds.
Electric heating and heated towel rails. An additional full-size bed and a baby
cot are available on request.

Sheltered terrace with flowers, garden furniture and outdoor games. On the first
floor, next to the bedrooms, a guest salon, library and board games are at your
disposal. Bar, restaurant and shops just 200m away.

Ancinnes is located in the Normandie Maine Park between the Perche and the Alpes
Mancelles, a perfect base for exploring Lower Normandy and the Sarthe. 10
minutes from the A28, Alençon and Mamers, it is also an excellent stopover en
route to and from the Channel ports. Le Mans is also just 30 minutes (40km) away.
