I rent for holidays a studio apartment for two persons situated at the heart of
Torremolinos, in a pedestrian zone, just off Plaza Costa del Sol, with a sofa bed
(140x190 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (including a microwave oven and an induction
stove), air conditioning/heating, a 32’ led TV, a bathroom with a washing machine and a
shower stall (70x70 cm) with sliding doors, linen and towels provided.
Key strength of the apartment is its central position: bars, restaurants, pubs, shops, the
big supermarket Mercadona and banks are all at hand. Trains/buses/underground are at
a 150 metres walk to reach the airport, Malaga and all the main beach resorts of Costa
del Sol. Calle San Miguel (the street renowned for shopping and the movida (night life) is
at 100 mt, a minute walk. Beaches can be reached on foot (Playa Bajondillo with a lift at
a 5 minute walk, or walking down calle San Miguel with a 10 minute walk and Playa de la
Carihuela at a 15 minute walk); there are no architectural barriers and the building is
equipped to host people with disabilities or on wheel chairs.
Thanks to its great position plus the nearby train/bus/taxi services, it is unnecessary to
rent a car. However, a rented car can be left in the underground toll parking with a lift
leading to the building entrance.
