Cozy cottage in the Stockholm Archipelago
Just one hour from Stockholm, our charming cottage on Norrmansö awaits – a
place where archipelago life meets hotel comfort, but with even more
freedom.
The property consists of a main cottage with kitchen, living room, sofa bed
and fireplace, plus two separate guest cottages with double beds. There is
also a glass-enclosed veranda, several outdoor terraces, a hammock, a
barbecue and a fire pit. A separate building houses the WC, shower, washing
machine and tumble dryer.
On our second plot, just a one-minute walk away, you’ll find a wood-fired
sauna, a heated pool, a pizza oven, a smokehouse and a grill area – perfect
for evenings with food, swimming and relaxation under the stars. Only two
minutes from the cottage lies our private jetty with a bathing ladder and
sunshine from morning to evening.
Nearby and included:
Sandy beach just 200 meters away.
Fishing rights included – you can borrow both nets and a small boat with
motor.
Forests with mushrooms, berries and cozy walking trails.
5-minute boat ride to Spillersboda harbor with a grocery store and public
transport.
15-minute boat ride to Marholmen with a restaurant, spa, playground and
mini golf.
Easy transport:
There is no motor traffic on the island, which guarantees a peaceful
atmosphere. You can easily reach Spillersboda harbor by car or bus, where we
will pick you up for a 5-minute boat ride to the island.
Hotel-like comfort:
Upon arrival everything is prepared: made beds, towels, bath towels,
shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are included. For an extra touch of
luxury, breakfast can be added.
Year-round stays:
The cottage is available from April to November and is ideal for romantic
weekends, fishing trips with friends or family holidays. In winter (December–
March) we offer an exclusive weekend package with all meals included and
helicopter transfer from Norrtälje or Arlanda.

🚗 By car
From Stockholm (about 1 hour):
Drive north on E18 towards Norrtälje.
Exit towards Spillersboda/Gräddö and follow the signs to Spillersboda.
Meeting point: Spillersboda grocery store (lanthandel), parking available.
From Arlanda (about 1 hour):
Take road 273 towards Norrtälje.
Continue on E18 east towards Kapellskär.
Exit towards Spillersboda/Gräddö and follow the signs to Spillersboda.
Meeting point: Spillersboda grocery store (lanthandel).

From Stockholm (about 1h 20min):
Bus 676 from Tekniska Högskolan/Stockholm Östra to Norrtälje bus station.
Change to bus 631 or 631X towards Kapellskär.

Bus 677 from Arlanda to Norrtälje bus station.
