Family House in La Spezia, Italy

This is a family house, located in a residential area, 15 minutes from the
train station and a ten minute walk to the city centre of La Spezia.
A big advantage is that it only takes ten minutes to reach the breathtaking
Cinque Terre by train from La Spezia.

The house consists of a comfortable living room, a kitchen equip with
everything you might need to cook, two difference entrances and two parking
spaces. The property offers two very nicely decorated and relaxing double rooms
with private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. Surrounding the house there is a
beautiful private rose garden with table and chairs. A perfect place to enjoy a
meal or a glass of cold rose wine during the warm Ligurian summers.

It is possible to rent rooms or the whole house. From late April to November
1st me and my husband live in Monterosso al Mare so this house is available
during this whole period.

As we are owners of a B&B SoleMare, Monterosso al Mare, we can also help with
any day trips you might be interested in, for example we could take you on a
beautiful trip on our yacht to see the Ligurian spectacular coast.

Our house is easily accessible both by car and public transport.
