This exclusive apartment is situated only 20 m from the water and
has a fantastic view over the Water not only from the 30m2 large
Balcony but also through the panoramic Windows from the large
Kitchen. The apartment covers 2 floors in the on the first floor the
big Kitchen a living room with a fireplace, a large flatscreen and a
second balcony and a guest bathroom with shower. On the second
floor the 2 Bedrooms both with double beds and a large Bathroom
with a Glas Sauna with a view over the water, a jacuzzi and a large
rain-shower.
The apartment is very well equipped with an espresso machine,
microwave, washing machine and dryer, sonos music boxes,
bluray player, hi-fi system
In low season we rent no shorter then 4 days and in high season
we rent out only week wise from Saturday to Saturday. A cleaning
fee of 109€ comes on top.

Road Description

By ferry from Gothenburg to Kiel and then 1 hour by car hitting
north to Kappeln and from there 5 minutes to the Ostseeresort
Olpenitz
or with ferry from Varberg to Grenå and then 3 hour by car
through Denmark, through Flensburg in Germany and then
along the coast to Kappeln from there 5 minutes to the
Ostseeresort Olpenitz.
