4th floor with elevator. Sea and mountain views! Ideal for holiday rental
weeks, fortnights or months. Fully equipped with 1 double bed and a sofa-bed, ,
air conditioning, fan, hair dryer, bath towels, bed linen, etc. and a fully
equipped kitchen.

In the 60 m2 you can enjoy a nice lounge area with Tv , a dining area for four people, and a separated
room for fridge, washing machine, storage, etc.

Vägbeskrivning

Porto Pi shopping center, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, and the beaches are
very close,10-15 minutes walk, and the bus-stop to the Center of Palma is just
outside the building. You may rent a bike, as you are so lucky to have space to
store them inside the apartment. And If you plan to rent a car, we can arrange
for parking during your stay.

The Miro Museum is next door (entrance free on Saturdays), and the Marivent
Palace is 2 minutes away, so during the summer it is a completely secure area.

Allthough it is not a building of 'high standing, the location is perfect and it
is so tastefully decorated, that you will feel very comfortable. Sailing clubs,
golf clubs, tennis, padel surf and diving is available within less tan 8
kilometers This studio is just as ideal for a couple on honeymoon, as for a
couple with children or 3- 4 good friends longing for a swinging holiday in Palma.
