Description

This house is located in Floda, approximately 70km from Umeå, Västerbotten in
northern Sweden.

You have the forest right behind the house and you can hike to 2 lakes and more
lakes are located within a 15km radius.

The house offers 65sqm of living space and sleeps 3 people. The spacious kitchen
is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, extractor fan, sink, fridge and freezer.
in the "fireplace room" a stove generates coziness. Beside that the house is
heated by electrical radiators. The sleepingroom is equipped with a full-size
bed and a 3rd person can sleep in the kitchen on a pull-out sofa bed. The
bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. The house has WLAN coverage
for internet access.

A veranda with a coffee table and chairs is also available.

The nearest shopping option is in Botsmark (14km) and the closest cities are
Umeå and Skellefteå (70-80km). The sea is approximately 55km away.

Prizes include linen and towels. Electricity and wood has to be payed separately
according to consumption (2,5 kr/kWh and 60 kr per 20kg firewood). The minimum
rental period is 4 nights. During wintertime (1st of november until 31 of march)
a one-time amount for the initial warm-up of the house will be charged (250 kr)
so that it is nice and warm when you arrive.

Road Description

Drive on the E4 to Umeå, then take road 364 to Botsmark/Burträsk. In Botsmark
turn left and continue on road 364. Then, after approximately 8km, turn left to
Floda.
