Description

Charming Farmhouse with pool in the heart of the historic wine Estate, a short
drive from Assisi and Perugia, in the very heart of Umbria Region.
Simple but refined welcome, friendly and attentive, family-centered guest
comfort and careless to the needs of a carefree and relaxing holiday, immersed
in the vineyards and the peace of the land of St. Francis.
Pool, panoramic view, private garden with a private furnished pergola and a
barbecue for each unit.
In the heart of an historic DOC wine Estate, near Perugia, Assisi and towns of
art. Accessible to wheelchairs, pets allowed.
Large organic vegetable garden available for free, welcome basket with breakfast
and two bottles of our wine as arrival gift.

IL MELA: 140 mq on two floors for six guests plus two guests. Baby bed up to
three years for free.
Ground floor: beautiful bright and stylish living, fully equipped kitchen
(dishwasher, oven, microwave) with dining area up to eight people; one double
bedroom, a full bathroom with shower.
On the first floor: A large and comfortable living room with sofa bed and wooden
stove; a full bathroom with tub and shower unit, a room with two beds and a cot,
a double bedroom.
Exterior area: private fully equipped and lighted pergola with barbecue. Elegant
Deruta had made table up to twelve guests. Gorgeous view on Perugia and garden
with pool area.

IL BRUFA: 140 sq.m. on two floors for six people plus sofa bed, baby bed up to
three years available free of charge.
On the ground floor: large dining room with extendable table for 12 people and
an extra folding table up to six people; a fully equipped kitchen (washing
machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave); bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom
with shower.
It is the perfect apartment to stay together if a group take more housing units.
On the first floor: a large, comfortable living room with double sofa bed and
fireplace, cast iron stove; a full bathroom with tub and shower unit; a bedroom
with two single beds, a double room with baby cot.
Outside: Private lighted pergola with barbecue and large dining table
beautifully decorated by hand in Deruta. Panoramic view over the vineyards of
Fattoria Spinola and Torgiano. A typical external staircase gives even more
charm to the facade.

IL NIDO: Charming semi-detached 75 sqmt house with a double bedroom and double
sofa-bed in the living room.
Charming little house beside the main house, ideal for two people, but also
comfortable for four.
Furnished porch overlooking the private entrance, private barbecue.
Inside: entrance and living room with dining area and sofa bed; kitchen with 4
burner stove, fridge-freezer, microwave.
A large double bedroom; bathroom with shower and washing machine. Perfectly
equipped for the disabled.

Road Description

Meeting point: FATTORIA SPINOLA (not I MORI GELSI)
How to find the Fattoria Spinola:
• if you come from North (motorway A1) exit VALDICHIANA, direction Perugia
(E45) for km 56. Bypass Perugia and keep your left direction Ponte San Giovanni
(exit). Follow direction to Torgiano
Once passed Ferriera, Miralduolo, and you will be 1km from Torgiano Village, you
will find on the road a small signal "Fattoria Spinola" that is on your right.
The entrance to the farm is bordered by a white picket fence that leads into a
dirt road.
You go down that road for about 100 meters and you will find the gate of the
Fattoria Spinola.
I recommend not to go directly to the MORI GELSI because I am not there and so I
do not know when you arrive!
• if you come from South (ex. Rome) exit ORTE on motorway A1 direction
Terni and then exit direction Perugia. Follow E45 and exit Pontenuovo/Torgiano.
Follow this road until you reach a junction. Turn left, cross a bridge over the
river Chiascio and continue to the traffic lights.
At the traffic lights go straight on (SP401) in the direction of Ponte San
Giovanni.
After 600m you will find on your left the Fattoria Spinola

4) Communication of average arrival hour foreseen is very appreciated. Guests
arrival is beetween 16,00 and 19,00. For Late or early arrival please
communicate to guarantee a better service.
