Beschreibung

In the immediate vicinity there is the renowned thermal area of Warmbad with
huge Erlebnisbad, a public swimming-pool with thermal water with slides, sauna,
treatment rooms, shopping and anything else.

People who love sports and recreation will not be spoiled for choice: golf
courses, ski slopes, skiing, horse riding, walking or simply beautiful cycling
and mountain biking to the nearby Faak lake, Ossiach lake and Wörth lake.

For lovers of skiing and snowboarding the Gerlitzen Mountain area is only 20
minutes drive from our property but it's possibile to reach it by a free ski
bus, the bus stop is just 5 minutes walk from the residence.

Don't forget the picturesque town of Villach, Klagenfurt and Velden. Less than
half an hour there is the beautiful Kranjsca Gora, in Slovenia, with all its
exciting opportunities.
