Beskrivning

In the peaceful countryside of Conegliano Veneto, a historic villa where time
seems to stand still. An environment of high architectural value in which to
find the tranquility and the pleasure of beauty, a dip in the pages of history,
where art and culture still know how to enchant the eye of the host.

The villa, originally founded as a hunting lodge and enlarged by the Count of
Porcia and Brugnera in the XVIII century, is located on the border between the
provinces of Treviso and Pordenone; from here guests can easily reach the
beaches of the Adriatic sea and prestigious cities such as Venice, Padua, Udine,
Conegliano, Vittorio Veneto or the Dolomites Natural Park.

Inside a large park of more than 3 hectares, the villa has a small private
chapel where you can celebrate religious ceremonies, and tradition says that
here Napoleon I and General Radetsky have housed. Inside the building a large
central hall with a beautiful staircase and neoclassical frescoes separates the
eastern wing from the western wing.

The villa is tastefully furnished with antique furniture and is ideal for up to
10 + 2 guests (max 14 guests with extrabed), it's spread over two floors with a
total area of 500 square meters. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen with
oven, freezer and dishwasher, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and bathtub,
laundry room and other adjacent rooms.

Nearby there are tennis courts, swimming pools, golf courses and biking trails;
less than 500 meters there are shops, supermarkets and services of all kinds. On
request it's possible to have available a cook.

1) From the motorway A27 Venezia - Belluno exit Conegliano Veneto
2) Turn left and continue towards the city of Oderzo
3) After approximately 6,5 km turn left towards the village of Codogné
4) Crossing the villages of Codogné - Roverbasso and continue until you reach
the village of Gaiarine

By train
The nearest railway stations (FFSS) are Sacile (10 km) or Conegliano Veneto (15

The nearest airports are Treviso, just 30 km away, or Venice, about 40 km . From
