Beskrivning

This modern property, surrounded by green of Pieve Vecchia in Manerba del Garda,
is located few steps from the lake and its beautiful beaches that in spring are
already equipped to accommodate the many tourists who choose this area as a
destination for relaxation and fun.

The residence consists of 8 independent suites in two-rooms version, about 85
sqm each, ideal for 4 guests. The interiors are characterized by "minimal"
design and the elegant style of furnishings and accessories. Each suite,
complete with bed linen and bath linen, has fully equipped kitchenette, large
living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower and a beautiful wooden loft.

They are complete with Sat Tv, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, hairdryer,
air conditioning or heating and all suites are accompanied by a large furnished
balcony and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool; we offer our guests free garage
or car parking.

The proposal is integrated with a welcoming bar but especially with a qualified
Wellness Center with beauty, massage, sauna, turkish bath, solarium,
aromatherapy shower, facials and body treatments applied by expert therapists.

vacation !

A perfect location both for ease in reaching due to its proximity to major
entertainment on Garda Lake as the many theme parks, beaches, golf courses,
sports areas and more.

Pets are allowed only if small size and with a minimum charge.

The accommodation price includes:
- rental housing unit including VAT
- fully equipped kitchenette
- consumption of electricity, water and cooking gas
- heating and air conditioning
- bed linen and bath linen with weekly change
- use of swimming pool and sun beds
- garage for car or private car parking
- agreement with the adjacent Wellness Center
The accomodation price doesn't include:
- final cleaning by guests or by direct debit
- telephone charge according to consumption
- soaps, shampoos and detergents

Optional: 5th extra bed, supplementary linen change, admission small pets.
There is no charge for children younger than 3 years if in sharing bed with
parents or in its cradle.

The wellness packages
The beauty over time is the result of a harmonious psycho-physical balance which
translates into wellness and it gets in our Wellness Center through targeted
treatments with high-quality beauty products, combined with the many positive
and regenerating effects of sauna and Turkish bath.
In the spacious and elegant cabins, you can receive massages or treatments for
imperfections with special and innovative equipment or to recover a state of
general equilibrium.
All these possibilities have variously combined in different packages prepared
for guests, to choose depending on the result to be obtained, the time of year
or the pleasure of experiment the most innovative treatments.

The treatments
The treatments that the Wellness Center offers.
- Massage: for body and face, it usually comes from oriental philosophies and
it's a panacea for regenerating the body and relaxing the mind.
- Fascial: massage technique passive-active of detachment muscle that helps to
recovery the correct fluidity between the various tissues and to increase the
articular mobility.
- Lymphatic drainage: special therapeutic massage, it uses a special pumping
technique to drain excess fluids and toxins.
- Pressotherapy: compressed air massage, it provides a compression phase and a
decompression phase, the beneficial effect is manifested on the lymphatic
circulation.
- Hot Stone Massage: inspired by ancient Native American ritual was born Hot
Stone Massage, a relaxing massage, detoxifying and energizing. It uses hot
stones containing quartz, calcite, coal, gold and other minerals, laid on the
strategic points of the body. This particular treatment works in depth and is
directed not only for those who needs a deep relaxation, but also for those who
want to find new energy and achieving a balance mental, emotional and physical.
- Mud therapy: generally not recommended for those suffering from circulatory
problems, absolutely prohibited in cases of serious heart disease. It uses a
type of sludge obtained through a long maceration process. The virgin clay is
placed in special tanks called "mud pit" and periodically remixed with thermal
water that flows continuously for about a year. During this prolonged period of
time the clay undergoes profound changes: it enriched with mineral water in
which has been macerated and developing a special micro-flora (algae, mildew,
bacteria and small protozoa). In this way we obtain the mature mud which has a
potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic action.
There are also treatments that using the benefits of steam, from the sauna to
turkish bath, type of heat bath appreciated for the alternating cold-hot and for
its beneficial detoxification effects.

To reach Lake Garda area by car is quick and easy thanks to its proximity to
major roads. For a comfortable and safe travel we recommend to consult
informations about traffic situation on Italian motorways.

- For people that using a satellite navigation system (GPS) is need to insert
"Via Catullo".
- For people without satellite navigation system (GPS), follow the instructions
below:
1) exit from motorway A4 Milan-Venice at Desenzano del Garda, direction Salò;
2) continue for about 12 km until the roundabout at Manerda del Garda;
3) follow the signs to center city and after about 1 km follow direction to
Pieve Vecchia;
4) after about 2 km you will find Piazza Silvia on the left, you have reached
our residence !
