Beskrivning

On the top of a green hill, just 15 minutes from the sea and close to the
characteristic medieval villages of Marche, we can find a farmhouse finely
turned into a delightful "Country House". An ideal destination to visit places
that were of "Piceni".

The surrounding landscape is lush and rich in vineyards, orchards and olive
groves. It shows us a beautiful view of the Sibillini Mountains to West and the
Tesino Valley to East up to see the sea of San Benedetto del Tronto.

An enviable location for visiting the art centres such as Ascoli Piceno, Offida,
Fermo, Ripatransone and the Sibillini Mountain Natural Pak but also to
appreciate the beautiful beaches of Riviera delle Palme as Grottammare and San
Benedetto del Tronto, at only 15 km from us and that overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

This characteristic farmhouse is composed of five apartments with separate
entrance and independent heating as follow:
- apartment 1, in two-rooms version, appropriate for 2+1 guests
- apartment 2, in two-rooms version, appropriate for 2 guests
- apartment 3, in three-rooms version, appropriate for 4 guests
- apartment 5, in four-rooms version, appropriate for 6+1 guests
- apartment 6, in three-rooms version, appropriate for 4+1 guests

All the units, different and carefully decorated, are equipped with Sat TV,
fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven and washing machine. Guests have
at their disposal a nice porch and large parking for cars. NEWS 2012: free for
our guests, large outdoor swimming-pool of 14 x 5 meters and Jacuzzi with 6 ports !

To our guests we also offer some interesting agreements with local restaurants
and for the beach service (beach umbrella, table, chairs) in Grottammare
Adriatic Coast.

FREE TIME
For sports lovers, a variety of hiking and mountain biking in the tranquility of
the surrounding hills. Easily accessible tennis courts and soccer just 1 km,
riding stables and fishing lakes for a few kilometers from the property.

From exit motorway A14 Grottammare, follow the provincial road s.p."Val Tesino"
for 15 km towards Offida-Cossignano.

From Ascoli Piceno, follow directions Ascoli-sea until Castel di Lama, then
continue to Offida-Cossignano.
