Description

Three fully equipped and modern
wilderness cabins right in the
middle of mountainous Swedish and
Norwegian high arctic landscapes
with
scenic hiking grounds and rich
fishing waters all around. This is the
land of
the
southernmost located Scandinavian
reindeer herding lap culture and
it is easily accessible with good
roads and public communications. It
is a
perfect place, in summer as well as
in winter, to find a pleasant and
peaceful
accommodation in a cottage of
suitable size and with the option to
spend
time together with friends in nearby
cottages of their own.

All cottages are heated by air heat
pumps and fire places and equipped
with
hot water heaters. There is separate
sauna heated by fire. There are
several
good restaurants and pubs in the
area and all other possible activities

The cottages are called Fjällripan
(The Snow Grouse), Lavskrikan
(The Northern Shrike) and
Pärlugglan (The Boreal Owl).

The cottage Fjällripan (65 square
meters) offers 7 beds in 3 bed
rooms (one with a double bed, one
with a bunk bed and one with a
single
bed and a bunk bed). The living room
contains a fully equipped kitchen
department with electric
cooker/oven, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, micro oven,
dining area and a cozy section with
comfortable county chairs, sofa, fire
place
and TV. The spacious entry hall
contains
a clothes dryer and the washing
room is equipped with flushing toilet
and hot
water shower. There is an outside
terrace with chairs and a table.

The price per week (Saturday to
Saturday) for Fjällripan is 5000 SEK
during summer (June to September)
and 5500 SEK during winter
(December to April, with a higher
price during high season weeks).
Sheets
(bed linings) and cleaning (tidying
up) is not included in the price and
must
be taken care of by the guests.
Smoking indoors is strictly
forbidden.
