Description

Elenis House only a few minutes walk to the town and beaches is ideal for
families and friends. The house can accommodate up to 14 people, but the
flexibility of the house allows it to be rented partly. Prices from 900to 1200
Eur for one floor.
This charming traditional family home was built around 1888 and has recently
been fully renovated to provide comfortable accommodation with modern
facilities.
Downstairs at the centre of the house is the beautifully renovated kitchen with
all modern facilities opening out onto a small courtyard.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms , three bedrooms are en-suite with shower & WC
the fourth bedroom has a WC & is without a shower. All of the bedrooms have air
conditioning.

Downstairs there are four bedrooms with a shared shower room and WC. 2 with
aircond.

The house is suitable for families of any size, two families or a group of
friends for 6-14 people. 1 or both floors can be rented.

Location in the Argo-Saronic gulf is an immediate attraction. Aegina is close
to the port of Pireaus on the mainland. Visitors must arrive by boat but the
journey is short (between 40 and 80 minutes depending on which boat) and an
enjoyable part of your holiday experience. Enter into the bustling port and
drink in the view: a moon crescent harbour with fishing boats, fruit filled
caiques, and glamorous yachts jostling for position. Once on Aegina you can
enjoy island life but easily leave for day trips to Athens, other islands, and
the Peloponnese.
