The property is situated on Sejerø - 1 hour by boat from Havnsø north of
Kalundborg.

"Hovgaard" located near the harbor right next to Sejerby pond. Swimming 5-minute
walk to the beach behind the port grille which is a nice sandy beach.
The property is a three-winged yard with a large courtyard and a very large
enclosed garden behind the house. In the main house which is rented out once
with stairs to first hall, kitchen, TV room, living room with radio and TV,
hall, bedroom with double bed, bunk bed and later renovated bathroom with new
washing machine. At first House has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and bunk
beds. The second double bed.
Property may be occupied by several families.
Sejeroe is excellent for naturnydere. There are abundant opportunities for good
walks in the beautiful scenery and fishing along the coastline. If you are not
fishing but likes to eat fish, there can often be bought freshly caught plaice
fishing boats when the day's catch landed late afternoon. During the summer
season are sold along the roadside sold in many places fresh vegetables.
