spacious studio located. On the ground floor of a 15th century
house, once a home for the bishops of Agde. The studio has a
fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining seating, fireplace, TV and
comfortable beds. 15 km from the Mediterranean and miles wide
sandy beaches. Golf courses: St Thomas 8 km, Cap d’Agde 15 km.
Wine district close to mountains and sea. All kinds of activities
such as windsurfing by Lac Sallogou, climbing, caves etc.

Surroundings and Local Facilities
In Nezignan l’Eveque, the “village of the bishops” from the 12th
century, with grocery, butchery, bakery, bar, post office, gas
station, taxi, medical clinic, tennis courts and boule court. 5 km to
Pezenas with all kind of service: around 50 antique shops, the
old town (12th-13th century) with lots of arts, handicrafts and
restaurants. 20 km to Bezier, 1 hour to the Spanish border, 50
km to Montpellier. Great starting point for excursions and
sightseeing to museums, castles, wineries, handicrafts and much
more.

Nezignan l´Eveque är mycket väl beläget, bara 6 km från den
stora motorvägen A 9 och med flera flygplatser inom en timmes
bilresa. Ned till havet har vi ca 15 km och till närmsta stad 5 km.
Den större staden Beziers ligger 2 mil bort. Här stannar det
franska snabbtåget - TGV. Närmaste golfbana ligger på 1 mils
avstånd.
