South Latitude House is located a few kilometers from Pozzallo, and then from
the sea, immersed in an oasis of tranquility, surrounded by carobs and olives
trees, in a garden of 3500 square feet. In the terrace of 40 square feet the
guests can relax in the evening, dining with a sea view. The house has seven
beds, three in one room, two in another room and the other two in the living
room. There are two bathrooms both with shower. There is also the possibility to
park their vehicles inside the property. Over the house there is a terrace where
you can admire the beautiful stars who gave us this beautiful region. The house
is very close to Noto, Modica, Siracusa, Ragusa. A curiosity: this area of
Sicily has the highest percentage of days of sunshine in Italy!
