Description

Our private very big top terrace is only belonging to our apartement. The
terrace is 90 square meters, with a very big bar and have a grill and open
fireplace. Here is plenty of oppurtinities to make food for up to 12 persons.
it is separate cabinet for kitchen things. On the terrace it is also a
refrigerator, it is a shower and even a billiard table. Here you can enjoy the
sun in sun loungers. We also have a frish water bulb with both cold and
warm water.

In the living room, one floor below we also have a terrace with a table for
6 persons. From here you also can see the sunrise to your breakfast. Here
we also use to take our lunch.

It is 3 sleeping rooms, each for 2 persons. All the sleeping rooms have
view to the ocean. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartement. One of the
bathroom has a batch tub with massage elements and the other bathroom
has a shower also with massage elements. Airconditions in every room.

BATHING? If you want to go to swimming it is a just 2 minutes to walk to a
very long sandy beach, well suited for children. We also have 2 big
outdoor swimmingpools belonging to our hoses. It is also good to take a
little walk along the beach promenade during the day. It is wonderful to
walk, looking at the bech and the spanish people.
Enclosed playground for children: Just ouside our window, with different
playthings as swings, sleddings and other things. Just beside it is a
playground for adults, for competitions in spanish ball games. So here both
the children and the older people can have fun. Evening walk? It is a very
romantic park close to our house. Here you also can sit down and look over
to a small lake and look at the moon. We can see this little lake from our
terrace - it is only 2 minutes for us to walk.

GOLF? If you are interested in Golf, it is a lot of golfcources within 20
minutes to drive.

situated 3 minutes to walk to the same famous La Mata beach.
Here you have a very good view from the roof terrace, but not so good
view from the ground floor.
For tis house we have letting prices from 300 euros to 650 euros
depending on season. Here is also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so it can
be place for 6 persons.
Here is also a terrace on the roof with view to the sea, and a grill and open
fire place. Se pictures marked House number 2. Note that we have air
condition in both houses.

Road Description

ALICANTE AIRPORT or ALICANTE/Murcia airport.
Both of our houses is situated in the middle of the 2 airports. It takes 25
minutes by car. You can take taxi for 45 euro or our housekeeper can pich
you up on the airport.
If you want to drive yourselves with an own car, we will send you the road
description (road 322 to La Mata).
