Beschreibung

Only 400 metres to the beach. The cottage is
close to other beaches, shopping sites and
several points of interests.
The house is on 26 sq. metres and lies on a
shared site with another house
owned by us. It has 5 beds divided on one
bedroom and a little kitchen. For
smaller childrens we have a crib bed to borrow
free of charge. If you like
to borrow the crib bed, please state this when
booking.

The house has a very high standard in regards to
household items and
furnitures. There is a living room with an open
fireplace, a flat screen TV,
DVD player and a stereo. The bathroom has a WC
and shower and is also
equipped with a washing machine. The house has
two patios, one with a
grill/barbecue place.

Kalmarsund is a 5 minute walk away with a rubble
beach along the coastline.
At the public beach in Djupvik there is a bathing
jetty and sandbed bottom.
If you prefer a sand beach the nearest one is in
Sandvik appr. 7 km north of
Djupvik, easily accessible by bike or car. There
are many roads in the area
with low traffic that are suited for biking and
walking and you can easily
get to the east side of Öland as well. We have two
bikes available to rent.

The area has many popular excursion goals. If
you are interested in the
nature and bird life you can visit ”Knisa Mosse” (a
swamp/bog) or ”Södra
Greda ängar” (flower beds). You can also take a
trip to the town of
Borgholm, 20 km south of Djupvik or the long
sandy beaches in the Bay of
Böda (”Bödabukten”) which is located 30 km to
the north.

Dogs are welcome to stay. Although all guests
have to clean after their stay
we cannot guarantee that the house is completely
safe for guests allergic to
fur. The house and all patios are non smoking
areas.

The person responsible for the booking must be at
least 25 years of age.
