friendly area of Kapparis, just outside Paralimni, next door to popular
Protaras and the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach on the Famagusta coast. Kapparis is
open all-year round The livelier resort of Ayia Napa with its lovely
refurbished harbour is 15 mins away.

You will find a good selection of restaurants and tavernas within walking
distance offering traditional Cypriot food, Italian and Chinese.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is fully Air-Conditioned. It is
situated in a quiet residential area of the exclusive Blue Water Bay Village.
The villa has a contemporary feel to it and is set back from the road behind a
gate on a nice corner plot with off road parking for a couple of cars. At the
rear, you have your own pool and landscaped gardens surrounded by mature trees.
The villa is next door to the pretty Malama Beach, where you can enjoy
water sports. Fireman’s Beach is a short walk away along the scenic
coastal path. Famagusta District Sailing Club in next door Agia Triada offer
sailing and windsurfing within walking distance, adjacent to a sandy beach
and cosy harbour.

Downstairs is all open plan with a well equipped kitchen and dining area.
The airy lounge has an open fire place and comfortable leather sofas with
reclining seats – perfect after a long day! You have a TV/DVD, with several
English satellite channels. There is also a DVD library, board games, iPod-
docking station and a selection of books for you to enjoy. All rooms have Air-
conditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

A double set of sliding doors leads onto a terrace overlooking the pool.
This entire area is lit, including the pool, which creates a nice ambiance for
evening drinks. You have an outdoor stone built BBQ, sun loungers and
sea grass beach mats to enjoy the sunshine around the pool. There is garden
furniture for al-fresco dining seating 6 people.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 Double with an En-suite bathroom and
Juliet balcony, 2 twin rooms and a shower room. One of the twin rooms

Road Description

45 min from Larnaca Airport. Follow the signs towards Paralimni and Ayia
Napa. The sea is on your right. Pass Ayia Napa and continue towards
Protaras. Kapparis is immediately after Protaras - next door to Paralimni.
