Description

In the middle of popular Utö is this cottage with incredible views, space for
three adults or 2 adults and two children. About 1km to Waxholmsbrygga
(Spränga) and close to swimming cliffs.

The cottage has a newly painted large cottage with a bunk bed / family bed
(120 + 80cm) and a single bed (80cm). The room has a smaller kitchen area
with oven and two hotplates as well as a refrigerator. Porcelain and cooking
equipment for 4 people are available. Small dining area with folding table
inside and picnic table with barbecue outside the door. Bathroom with shower
and sink and TC / combustion toilet is accessed from separate entrance.
The cottage is located on a natural plot that slopes down to the water, is
reached by a few steps from the host couple's house but is without much
insight from the main building or neighbors. Natural plot in area with
summer cottages and year-round accommodation and access to a lovely jetty
adjacent to the grounds, with outdoor furniture and perfect for a morning dip.
The rent includes rowing boats and life jackets.

Utö is one of the archipelago's most active and popular destinations. On the
northern part of the island (about 5 km) there is a smaller community with
ICA, bakery, Utö Inn, several restaurants and shops as well as activities such
as kayaking, mini golf, bicycle and mop rental, guest harbor. Within cycling
distance there are a number
bigger and smaller bathing places and charming bike paths through woods
and meadows. Utö / Ålö has 30 km marked hiking trail and connection to the
trail about 500 m from the cottage. Within walking distance is a smaller
restaurant as well as Utö church and homestead estate.

Road Description

Regular boat traffic to Utö according to Waxholmsbolaget's time tables. Most and
fastest connection from Årsta Brygga, about 25 km south of Stockholm. There is
public transportation connection to the dock, as well as car parking.
At Utö, get off at Spränga bridge, walk about 1200 m into Vänsvikenvägen
