The apartment is 74 square meters and one contains a large living room with sofa group (corner sofa), dining area and work corner with desk.
The apartment also consists of kitchen, toilet and bath as well as a large bedroom with a total of 4 beds (double bed and sofa bed).

The apartment, which is located in a one-story building, includes two exclusive terraces, located so that there is morning - and evening sun (- or shade!) Respectively.

The apartment is built approx. 1980 and renovated in 2008. It contains all modern facilities, incl. Fi.

The full rent is payable upon signing of the lease. - The rent includes the use of electricity and water. - A deposit of DKK 500 is charged as security for cleaning and damage.
