Beschreibung

The Garden Cottage is situated in the hills of Funchal, Madeira island’s
capital overlooking the sea and harbour, in a quiet old “Quinta” with
extended gardens full of a large variety of tropical plants, flowers and
trees in very green, park like surroundings of a few hectares. The
temperature throughout the year varies between 16°C and 26°C in the
shade during the day. Palheiro golf course is nearby (5 minutes). The
centre of Funchal and the airport are only 15 min away by car.

The Garden Cottage is in a very sunny position with its own private garden
and barbeque. The house has a living room with a wood burning stove.
There is a kitchen at one end of the living room which has an oven and a
fridge. It has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and a bathroom
next door, the other with twin beds and an ensuite shower room. Both
have fitted wardrobes.

Price from 690 euros per week. This includes electricity, water, linen and wood,
cleaning and change of linen once a week.
Minimal rental period is one week. 30% higher price during Christmas and
New Year. Dec 20 -Jan 5. But, special prices possible for extended stays.
