Description

Beautiful Klätta offers you a charming cottage with a magnificent sea view, a sheltered beach just
175
meters away and excellent walks through surrounding woods. The area around is perfect for
families with
young children and lovers of natural beauty. There are lots to do and see nearby along Sweden’s
beautiful
West Coast. The cottage is 70m2 with open area planning, a great fireplace and a big gliding
window-door
out to our recently extended decking and lawn. The deck is just perfect for sunset dinners and
enjoying the
sea view.
The West Coast offers many pearls nearby. It’s about 10 km from Klätta to Grebbestad - with its
shops,
coffee shops, restaurants, ATM and busy harbour. Fjällbacka, Bovallstrand, Hunnebostrand and
Smögen are
not far and to the north is stylish Strömstad with good shopping, boat trips to islands like Koster
and the
ferry to Sandefjord in Norway. Tanumshede is convenient for food shopping.
Our favourite trip is down to the national park of Tjurepannen to see the yachts go by, to picnic
by the sea
and enjoy the open air. There are some really good restaurants in the area - like Greby’s in
Grebbestad,
Tanum’s Gestgifveri and Panget on Resö
The area around Tanum is world famous for its Bronze Age stone carvings. The carvings are on
UNESCO’s
world heritage list and can be seen at Vitlycke in Tanumshede and at several places around the
area.
Mölkeröd’s 18-holes golf course is only 4 km from Klätta.
The cottage has a parent’s bedroom, one guest room with two bunk beds plus a sofa bed for two
in the
living room. We have made recent improvements in the kitchen and in the bathroom, which has
shower
cabin, toilet with septic tank and washing machine. Electric heating of course and a fully
equipped kitchen
with oven and hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer and dish washer. There’s a separate shower and
sauna at
the corner of the house.
A quiet forest road leads to the house with parking place for 1-2 cars. Smoking is not allowed
and animals
cannot be brought due to allergy risk. Bed linen has to be brought by the renters. The cottage is
for rent
per week(s) or month. Costs for electricity, water, septic tank and garbage are included. Rental
contract
with own protection.

Road Description

Directions on getting to Klätta will be supplied. Payments to be done through a bank to cover the
50%
reservation and final payment.
