Cottages in a lovely little village with old-fashioned country feeling between Kolmården's zoo and Astrid Lindgren's world.
Two renovated cottages with walking distance to the lake with bath, wood-fired sauna and walking trail outside the cottage.
The cottages from the 18th century are built into a twin house and are located in a small church village in the mentioned Uknadalen, about 12 km south of Åtvidaberg.
Both cottages are equipped for self-catering with 6 beds in each cottage, divided into two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and shower room with WC
About 10 minutes walk to the lake where there is a smal swimming area, a wind shelter and a fireplace.
Wood-fired sauna, simple rowing boat, fishing and angling for own use within limited area of ​​the lake are available for rent.
Uknadalen is a well-known valley with beautiful natural and cultural countryside with high mountains all around, with beautiful viewpoints and large breeds with great natural values ​​and plenty of wildlife. The small river Storån meanders through the valley with very bird-rich marshland areas.

Within an hour, you go to Linköping Air Force Museum and Old Town Linkoping, St. Anna-, Gryt-, Gamleby- and Västervik archipelago and many other places worth a visit.

From Åtvidaberg, highway 35 against Västervik, turn left to Valdemarsvik,
Falerum.
