Description

A very cozy cottage built in 1820. Located in the scenic Hjärtum with a nature
reserve neighbor and with wonderful walks. Adjacent to the property is a river
where one can easily cool off or why not in the rapids 50 meters away.
At the cottage there is the opportunity to meet at, inter alia, elk, deer,
foxes, badgers, etc. If you want to increase the chance of seeing elk can reach
Halle and Hunneberg for a moose safari.
If you want to swim, you can either take the bike or walk away to one of two
lakes located one km away or take the car out to sea only 20 minutes away.
Fantastic mushrooms and berries to walk in there. Bikes are available at the
cottage.
If you like to fish, you can do this at the bathing lakes or 5 km away in Lilla
Edet famous rapids that offers one of Sweden's best salmon o trout waters.
Ability to båthyrning are also there.
In the cozy Lilla Edet is also shopping opportunities with some small shops and
Ica, pharmacy o liquor.
If you want more shopping or just enjoy a day trip to the nearest big city so
this becomes Gothenburg which is located about 45 minutes away by car.
The cottage is 80 square meters and has 2 floors. Upstairs is a bedroom with a
double bed and a living room with 2 single beds. The living room has space for
more beds. On the lower floor there is a toilet with shower, living room with
dining area o TV and fireplace and door to the porch where morning coffee can
be enjoyed in the sun. On the lower floor there is also a well-equipped kitchen.
