Description

Highest comfort in a wonderfully secluded location. Much appreciated

beautifully situated in the scenic valley 1 km from the sea. Several beaches and
bathing places nearby, rocks, crab fishing, golf course.

The Holiday Home is the manor house on Lunden Gård, which originally was built
in 1840 by the owner’s ancient relatives. The current owners are active farmers
and raise cattle on the farm. The farm is a certified organic farm. From May
until November you may see cows in the surrounding fields and meadows. In the
winter time the cattle stay on another organic farm.

The farm is very peaceful and quiet. The nearest house is more than 100 meters
away. You will have the whole house and garden for yourself. The view is very
beautiful over the valley and the close mountains. There is no passing traffic.
The farm is the last stop on the private road leading to the farm. From the
house to the main road it is 600 meters private road.

Rooms in the main house:
In the main house there are 3 bed rooms and 1 alcove. In each bed room there is
a comfortable double bed or 2 single beds. In the alcove there is one
comfortable single bed. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one with a Jacuzzi
bath and one with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with separate dining
area. Next to the kitchen there is a small washing room with a modern washing
machine and all cleaning equipment. There is one living room and 2 furnished halls.

The “Bee house”
Separate from the main house there is a small guest house with 2 bunk beds. The
house was originally built for the bees in the winter time. There is no water or
WC in the Bee house. Even if it is possible to use during the winter, it is
often used by in the summer season.
