Description

House Alpenrose has been recently renovated with a beautiful NEW apartment. Apartment Katy has the
following, fully fitted kitchen, cooking hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Coffee
machine, kettle, toaster plus all cooking and eating utensils. There is a Dining and lounge area with flat
screen cable TV+DVD player, sofa bed and coffee table and balcony with stunning mountain views.One
double bedroom and a further double room with children's bunk beds and access to balcony.Bathroom
with shower, basin and WC. Plus separate WC with wash basin. Towels, bedlinen and luxury Cole and Lewis
Hand Wash provided .

We are located 2 to 3 minutes walking distance from the ski bus stop and a 5 min drive to the main
gondola. The cross country ski track is located directly behind our house and you will find a supermarket a
few minutes walk away.
We have provided free WIFI throughout the house, a cosy stüberl for your enjoyment with ,Austrian
kachelofen, Honesty bar, cable television, a selection of books , DVDs and games for the children.We also
have a ski and boot room for your convenience.

Waidring itself is a holiday paradise in the popular ski resort and hiking area Steinplatte - this could be
your next holiday adventure. Spend great days skiing in this well known ski resort whilst also enjoying the
traditional regional cuisine that Steinplatte has on offer in its many mountain restaurants and ski huts.For
all freestylers, snowboarders & cool kids: the Snowpark in Waidring is an absolute hit .After a long day on
the slopes you can carry on your enjoyment into the evening with Apres -Ski in the Apres -Ski bars of
Waidring Austria. For non skiers you can enjoy also, Sledging and tubing,Traditional horse drawn sleigh
rides,Winter walking and snowshoe walking.

In summer you will find many varied activities on the Steinplatte. The classics : Hiking and mountain biking
are offered with a variety of tracks and trails. In addition to this there is a Bathing lake and swimming pool
in Waidring a few minutes walk of our apartments.. Around the bathing lake is a large sunbathing area
with trees and bushes for shade, table tennis, beach volleyball and a small pool for babies. Adjacent to our
apartments is the riding and training stables Fischerbauer that offers individual lessons including dressage
and jumping, trail rides and multi day treks. In additition there is also the Rainbow ranch in Waidring that
has western style riding, and riding weeks for newcomers , medium and good riders as well as private
lessons. Archery Are you a fan of the Hunger games and Katniss Everdeen or an aspiring Robin Hood? Then
try the Archery in Austria with more than 30 different 3D field archery centers set up with life size fake
targets in the Tyrol, Salzburg and Bavaria,we also have our very own right here in Waidring.

For visits out to the wider area we are located within 40 mins drive of the city of Salzburg, Innsbruck and
Kitzbühel .
