The pool is 50 meters away and belongs to the complex. No extra costs need to be paid for its usasge.

This is an 35km undeveloped part of the Costa Cálida coast, with no nightlife or the noise that comes
with it. A perfect place for those that want to unwind, swim, relax and enjoy the sun.

Walking distance from the old town of Puerto de Mazzaron, where you can buy fresh fish, fruit and
vegetables. Not far from Condado de Alhama a (Jack Nicklaus designed course).

Bedlinen, towels and cleaning will be € 50 and needs to be paid cash to our property manager.
The property manager Liz, will be there upon arrival.
She needs your flight information. She speaks fluent English and will make sure you have everything you
need.
