Stone-built charming large villa situated in a tranquil spot in south Costa
Brava and 45 min from Barcelona and France. The large villa stands in an
extensive private fenced area of almost 6.000 m² in the midst of farmland and

Road Description

Leaving the AP-7 motorway by exit 9A, head in the direction of Girona on the N-
II. When you reach the km. 698 milestone, turn left on exit Les Mallorquines. Go
straight till round about, take the first exit. Go through the village
Riudarenes and on the other side of the latter, look for the km. 20 milestone
after passing the bus stop, and turn right onto the country track. Carry
straight on along the same track and up a rise for 800 m. and you will find the
Villa Mas ca l’Estrada, Villa Mas Estrada and Villa Paller Mas Estrada on the
right hand side.
