with dining table for 4. TV area with armchair, 3-seater sofa, 55” SMART TV.
From the living room you can reach a spacious veranda with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, parasol
and gas grill (in season).
There are 2 parking spaces next to the house.
Cats and dogs allowed (but no barking dogs)

The annex is one of three houses on the property, the owner lives in the villa next door. The houses are
located in Böckerskogen with miles of views over Bjäre's open landscape in a rural, natural
environment. Neighboring Båstad and Bjäre GK! The distance to central Båstad is 3.9 km and Västra
Karup 3 km.

until you meet a roundabout,
take the road to the left and
drive up the hill until
you meet Ängelholmsvägen,
turn right, after 75 meters
