Description

Timber cottage on a total of 36 m2 with 4 beds. The cottage is
fully modern equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
shower, watercloset, fireplace, municipal water and wa
wastewater. Everything broken down into a large room,
kitchen, bathroom and bed loft at 12 m2.
Lovely garden for children to play in and a big wonderful terrac
terrace
terrace.
The cottage is non smoking and we wish it to remain that.
Pets can be allowed after agreement.
The cottage is located on the beautiful island of Rossö 15
kilometars south of Strömstad. Rossö is located on the world's
first Marine National Park, Kosterhavet National Park. There’re
fine hiking areas in the beautiful nature and wonderful cycle p
paths. Close to sea where you can choose between sandy
beaches or cliffs, takes about 5 min to go to eitheer. Nearby
there is a tennis court and boule court.
Local store and port located on the island.
3 different golf courses in the surrounding area (Strömstad
GK, Dynekilen GK and Mjölkeröds GK).

Road Description

Drive north at E6 and follow signs for Strömstad. Take the exit markt
markt Rossö/Tjärnö/Saltö and follow signs for Rossö.
Turn right at a Q-Star gasstation. After that take the first road to the left for Rossö. The bridge over comes after a
