Description

High location villa in Tullinge. Suites well for the family who wants both
nearness to the the city and the quiet garden.

You have the garden and a large terrace for yourselves. Or enjoy the view of Örnmountain and lake
Tullinge
from the hammock. There are also good play areas for the children with soccer field and a trampoline.

We have a nice villa on two floors. We have our basement, about 60 m2, out
for rent in the summer. The apartment has its own entrance.

The room has a sofa bed and two extrabeds (four beds), an extra mattress and
crib available.
You can rent beddings if you want to.

The bathrooms has a showers and one bathtub (with bubble function). Washing
machine, two drying cabinets, iron and ironboard is available.

Pets are aloud.

5 min walk to the lake Tullinge (Mälaren), 10 min by car to big recreation
areas.

Near communication (train and bus). Only 20 min to the city of Stockholm
with train or by car.
