area with sofa bed
(width 140 cm) and two armchairs, food group, 40
inch TV, retro-style multi-
audio system. However, the baking stove can not be
used by guests.

Very well equipped kitchen including stove, fridge and
freezer, dishwasher
and microwave.

Bathroom with sink, water toilet and shower. Floor
heating.

Road Description

Take road 363 from Umeå towards Sorsele. After
about 37 km, at Rödånäs, turn
right towards Varmvattnet. After about 3 km, at the
end of the village
Kvarnsvedjan, turn right at the sign V: a
Varmvattnet/Heleneborg. After about
300 m turn right at sign Heleneborg. Drive 1 km until
to the end of the road.
Turn slightly right at the mailboxes and drive about
250 m.
