Villa Barbara is a 2017 newly built beautiful 4 star apartment
house with private pool in Sumartin, on the island of Brac. The
house has a beautiful landscaped garden with pool, bar,
children&#039;s play area, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and seating
spread on 3000sqm, only 150m from the sea and beach.
Private parking is available on site.
Villa Barbara offers 10 new luxuriously furnished apartments,
which together with the generously laid
out terraces offer a very good holiday comfort:

4 one-room apartments (2 + 1 persons) with 1 bathroom (without terrace)
4 two-room apartments (4 + 2 persons) with 2 bathrooms and 1 terrace
2 three-room apartments (6 + 2 persons) each with 4 bathrooms and 2 terraces

All apartments have a kitchen with dining area, living room
with sofa bed, one to three bathrooms with shower and WC,
one to three bedrooms and largely one or two terraces. Each
apartment has views of pool and garden, mountains and sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, water cooker
and coffee machine are available. In the bathroom there is a
hairdryer, soap and shower gel. Of Course towels and bed
linen are provided.
The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. Another
person can find space on the sofa bed in the living room. In
the multi-room apartments, each can sleep 2 people on the
couch. On request we can provide you with baby beds.

All apartments are air-conditioned and feature satellite TV and
free Wi-Fi.

We ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed in the
entire complex.

The center of Sumartin, with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops,
supermarkets as well as port and ferry
are 400m away. The nearest beach is only 300m.

Villa Barbara is located in Sumartin On the island of Brac.
Sumartin is best reached by ferry from Makarska, it also goes
from Split to island Brac and dan about 40 minutes to Sumartin.
