Description

As part of Makarska riviera, Brist is located just halfway between Split and
Dubrovnik with easy access to nearby islands Hvar, Korčula, Mljet as well as
peninsula Pelješac its location makes Brist ideal base for exploring Central and
South Dalmatia, with most attractions within 2hrs drive. Special attractions in
Brist are olive-groves and sources of potable water, as well as a series of
pebble coves. Local inhabitants still have olive-groves and vineyards and catch
fish. In every house of autochton you can buy olive-oil, vine, brandy, and when
the fishermans comes from the sea, you can even buy fresh fish. Brist has got a
long cultural tradition, it´s a born place of famous poet fra Andrija Kačić
Miošić and painter Maladen Veža. Located in a small tourist place of Brist, 60 m
from a pebbly beach, Apartments Tilda are surrounded by a garden with
traditional Dalmatian vegetation. We offer you 8 apartments of different kinds.
All apartments are fully equipped and air conditioned. With each apartment comes
one parking place and free WiFi. Pets are allowed on request. Our family is at
your disposal for anything you might need during your stay. While most of the
apartments have special storage place for your luggage, it is possible to store
your beach equipment, sport equipment, bicycles, etc. under big staircase. All
apartments feature a balcony or a terrace and most of them overlook the sea. A
living room with a sofa and a TV is available, as well as a private bathroom
with a shower and a fully equipped kitchenette. Guests have outdoor barbecue and
small boat with oars on daily disposal to all our guests free of charge for all
time during their stay. We can provide you with all information about nearby
area and local excursions and we can even take you to the ride with motor boat
or sail boat to see unique landscapes. There are many attractive things to do
and see around. Boat rentals and kayak tours can be arranged by the owner.
Guests can also enjoy excursions to Dubrovnik, Split, Mljet, Korčula, Hvar or
Mostar and Medjugorje. Rafting is available on Cetina River, kayak and paddle
surf tours on Baćina Lakes, while photo safari can be enjoyed on Neretva River.
A restaurant serving traditional Dalmatian food is located 70 m away. A grocery
store can be reached in 300 m, while homemade olive oil and wine can be bought
100 m away.

Road Description

Local buses stop just 300 metres away. Main Bus and Train Stations are available
in Ploče, 18 km away, while Dubrovnik and Split Airport are approx. 120 km away.
The trip takes around one and a half hour.
You might use plane, car or bus. If you arrive by plane in Split or Dubrovnik,
you will need to rent a car or hire a transport to get you here.
If you arrive by bus from the north, there is bus station in Brist.
If you arrive by car, the best is to use highway. You can exit on Zagvozd, head
to St. Ilija tunnel and then Reach Makarska or you can exit on Ploče and go 13km
to the north.
