Description

Rent a mountain cottage in the beautifu mountain village Saxnäs in southern
Lapland. Here you can find a spectacular nature in all directions and the
adventure begins virtually outside the house.

The cottages are beautifully situated on the lake shore, and the Cult has a
magnificent view over Kultsjön and March scales.
The cabins have room for 6 persons. They have two separate bedrooms, a large
cabin with kitchen and living room, toilet with shower, sauna and a hall with an
oven. In addition, they are full equipped with kitchen utensils.
Saxnäsgården is a short walk from the cottages. Mountain facility has gym,
Gymnastics hall, spa, woodburning sauna and hot tubs. Canoe, Kayak, bicycles,
skis and other equipment are also available to rent. The restaurant and bar is
open on all days during high season.

Fishing and hunting, Berry- and mushroom picking, mountain hiking, mountain
biking and canoeing are popular activities during summer and autumn. Snowmobile
and "Vessel rides", cross-country skiing and alpine skiing, winter fishing and
hunting will appeal to many throughout the winter. For those who are interested
in history and culture, there are several interesting places to visit. The
church town, Fatmomakke, is the most famous and is beautifully located at the
lake Kultsjön.

Activities in all the glory, but for many it is the calmness and the silence
that is the medicine for both body and soul. Coffee which are cooked over open
fire, the sun slowly goes down behind the mountains or the northern lights
dancing in the firmament are moments that enrich our minds.

Directions: 9 mil northwest of Wilhelmina, about 35 mil from Umeå.
As 4 hour drive from Umeå, Östersund and Örnsköldsvik.
