Our paradise!
Beauty, calmness, privacy, wild nature and the sea, bird song and sea sounds.
No noise from airplanes or cars. House in wonderful landscape, close to the
water-front on sunny site facing west on eastern coast of Gräsö Island.
Wonderful, unexploited archipelago known to be the best area in Sweden for
kayaking. Only two distant neighbours. Private jetty to small islet/bathing
cliff with wooden terrace with steps into the water, a place for nice moments.
Very good private swimming. Light and spaceous interior. Livingroom and
kitchen, with breathtaking view of the sea and the sunsets. TV, fire place.
Well-equipped kitchen with microwave oven and dish washer. Two nice bedrooms
with morning sun and windows in two directions. Water closet and shower.
Terrace on three sides. Sun from morning to evening. Outdoor grill. One rowing
boat and four bicycles included. Parking close to house. Fresh water from
drilled well. Water contains iron which gives taste and colour. Water is tested
and approved for drinking. Neutral drinking water from neighbouring property.
Also week-ends in early summer and autumn. Only careful guests.

You reach Gräsö from Öregrund, a 5 min trip by large ferry for cars twice per
hour, free of charge.
