La foresteria del Gari is composed of two apartments, “Il Crottino” and “Cà
de Mietta”, located on the first and on the second floor of a typical Ligurian
house. Every flat can welcome four people confortably, because it is
furnished with a bedroom and a living room with convertible sofa.
La Forestiera is situated in the lanesvof of the historical centre in Civezza,
a pleasant country situated on the hills in front of the little bathing resort
of San Lorenzo, not far from the provincial town Imperia.


La Forestiera was opened 2008 after having not fully renovated . The
rustic style of its surroundings, with some modern trick, is decorated with
arcs and arced ceilings. The thick stone walls make the environment
pleasant even in summer. La Forestiera del Gari offers the chance,
whoever wants really to (live) his holiday in a complete relax, to be advised
on the most, interesting places, on the restaurants where you can taste
the typical Ligurian kitchen, on the routes trekking and mountain bike. For

You can taste our oil, produced by olives of the best quality from Taggia in
the area of Civezza and you can ask for information about other typical
products, pickled olives, pesto, paté.
On your arrival you haven’t to think about anything the flat will be tidy and

HOW TO GET TO CIVEZZA

By car:

From Milan: take the motorway A7 in the direction of Genova, and follow
the signs towards VENTIMIGLIA. Take the exit marked IMPERIA OVEST.

From Torino, take the A6 to Savona. Follow the signs towards Ventimiglia,
and come off the motorway at IMPERIA OVEST.

From Nice, take the A10 to Genova and come off the motorway at IMPERIA
OVEST. After leaving the motorway turn left and follow the signs towards
San Remo eventually on your right you find the turning for Civezza.
