Beschreibung
Mas Artigas is a traditional Catalan farmhouse (Masia) carefully restored,
respecting the original architectural. The interior has been designed to provide
the maximum comfort and quality to our guests stay.
The house can accommodate up to 18-20 people. Mas Artigas consists of a ground
floor with fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room, cosy living room with
TV and a playroom.
On the first floor, we dispose 5 double bedrooms (3 of them with shower) with a
possibility to include an additional bed in each room and on the same floor a
big bathroom.
Finally, on the second floor we have a big multifunctional space of 60m2 with
the option to incorporate 5-8 additional beds.
The house exterior has one acre of land surrounded by forests with a fenced
swimming pool, playing area for children, barbecue area and a soccer field. Also
there are animals: 2 horses and hens.
The house enjoys a privileged location to practice many sports: hiking, biking,
kayaking. Moreover, it is well connected to reach the attractive tourist sites
in the area.
In 8 minutes you can visit:
- The ancient and beautiful city of Girona which is a desirable
destination on any travel itinerary. The Old Town is one of the most evocative
historical centres in Catalonia, with certain elements that are unique in
Europe: an exceptionally well conserved Jewish quarter, the spectacular
Carolingian wall and the grandeur of the Cathedral’s Gothic nave, the widest in
the world.
In 30 minutes you arrive to:
- Costa Brava with its great beaches
- Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres
- Banyoles village with its unique lake
In 1 hour you reach:
- Barcelona with its famous Gaudi architecture; Sagrada Familia
- The mountains of the Pyrenees for skiing
- The city of Perpignan in France
