Beschreibung

Rent an unique log house and live 900 meters from the sea. Experience the
beautiful Nyehusen between Åhus and Österlen in eastern Skåne. Milslong
sandy
beaches and close to beautiful destinations.
Rent the whole house of 210 m2 with opportunities for both indoor and outdoor
activities. Here are 8 rooms (5 bedrooms , dining room , lounge and TV room),
2
kitchens, 4 toilets / shower. There is room for 13 to 18 people to sleep.
Balcony cabin , tree house and buried trampoline in the 6000 m2 garden.
Pets are welcome here !
The main building has two floors. On the first floor is a large living and
dining room, hallway, bathroom and kitchen with access to a large veranda. On
the second floor is a toilet with shower room, TV room and three bedrooms.
The
annexe which is contiguous to the main building also has its own entrance, 2
rooms, kitchen, 2 toilets and a balcony.
On the first floor there is a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine,
toilet / shower with sauna and a bedroom with toilet / shower. On the second
floor is an open bedroom with two beds, living room and access to the large
balcony. Detached cottage with 2 beds. Outside is a large garden (6000 m2) for
children and pets to play in, with a greenhouse and buried trampoline and a
tree house for the kids.

High Season (min 3 nights) w. 27-32 only full weeks
One week 22 000 SEK/week.
3 nights 12 000 SEK, then 2 500 SEK/night.

Middle Season (min 2 nights)
One week 12 000 SEK
2 nights SEK 7 500, then 1 000 SEK/night.

Low Season
One week 8 000 SEK
One night 5 000 SEK, 2 nights 5 500 SEK then 700 SEK/night.
